Eleanor J. Kerrigan

Eleanor J. Kerrigan, a comedic force to be reckoned with, emerged from the illustrious World Famous Comedy Store, following in the footsteps of a rich tradition of hilariously talented women. Starting out as a waitress at the iconic venue, Eleanor honed her comedic chops in the club’s kitchen, consistently entertaining the country’s top comedians. It took Andrew Dice Clay, one of her biggest fans, several years of encouragement to eventually persuade her to bring her comedic talents to the stage. Initially resistant, Eleanor’s journey into stand-up began after a co-starring role with Andrew Dice Clay in “Dice Undisputed. Dice invited her on the road with him to promote the show, breaking Eleanor’s notion that she was only an actress. Since then, she has been captivating audiences in clubs and theaters across the country with her infectious humor. Drawing inspiration from her street-smart upbringing in South Philly as one of 10 children in a vibrant Irish-Catholic family, Eleanor weaves a side-splitting narrative of her life-from cramped row-home childhood to adventurous adulthood in L.A. Her shoot-from-the-hip approach to life is both refreshing and electrifying, fearlessly sharing her unfiltered perspective with audiences who can’t get enough. Eleanor’s comedic journey extends beyond stand-up; she once held court as part of the motorcycle-riding, pool cue-wielding tag team, “Harley’s Angels,” on UPN’s “Women of Wrestling.” Her comedic prowess has graced major networks, including Nickelodeon, VH1, Howard Stern, and HBO’s Entourage, as well as appearances on Comedy Central’s “The Ringers” with Bill Burr and Showtime’s “The Blue Show.” For an inside scoop on the legendary Comedy Store,  Eleanor serves up crazy stories as the co-host of the Comedy Store
